Society6's recent artist feature spotlights PNCA alumni and Lead Creative, Matthew Korbel-Bowers.

Nick's illustrations were commissioned for a book that recently won second place in the Colorado Independent Publishers Association International Award competition.

Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) brings provocative and pivotal thinkers, designers, and artists from all over the country to Portland for the 2017–18 PNCA Graduate Visiting Artist Lecture Series.

One of the most important artists of color in the Pacific Northwest, Smith entered art school at PNCA at the age of 42, and after graduate school returned to become an influential educator. 

In the August 2017 issue of Juxtapoz Magazine, PNCA's newest minor, Art and Ecology, was highlighted along with discussing the importance of arts education curricula. 

We'd like to congratulate Melanie Stevens and Aruni Dharmakirthi who have been selected for Centrum’s 2017 Emerging Artist Residency.

Animated Arts senior, Pamela Guest, has been selected for a Princess Grace Award in support of her thesis film, Asi Somos. 

"What About the Future of Afro?" is an in interview with Associate Professor, artist, and curator Modou Dieng.
