PNCA Completes Sale of Condo Interest to Oregon Jewish Museum

July 6, 2016—Portland, Oregon—Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) has entered into a sales agreement with the Oregon Jewish Museum for the sale of its condo interest in 724 NW Davis in Portland. The sale price was $5 million.

“The Oregon Jewish Museum continues the strong tradition of art, museums, and education in the DeSoto Building and on the North Park Blocks. And we are very much looking forward to welcoming this important cultural institution as a neighbor,” says PNCA’s Interim President Casey Mills. “I would like to personally thank Nathan Sasaki and Apex for their help in this transaction.”
