Emmanuela Soria Ruiz (b.1992, Granada, Spain) is an interdisciplinary artist and educator living and working in Philadelphia (Lenni-Lenape occupied land) where she continues to try. Her work has been exhibited at multiple venues in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Berlin, Marrakech and Granada, with forthcoming shows in Portland and Hamburg.

The Low Residency MFA in Visual Studies Program is pleased to announce the list of visiting artists and scholars who will be teaching during the Summer 2022 intensive June-August.
Ryan Pierce who has been affiliated with PNCA for many years and is respected for his high quality mentorship, exceptional teaching, and support for professional practices will be the Visiting Assistant Professor leading the Low Residency Visual Studies program for the 2022-2023 academic year.
