MFA AC+D Alumni, Brittany Rudolf (AC+D '19), embarking on Signal Fire Trip
June 07, 2019
This summer, recent AC+D Graduate, Brittany Rudolf, will embark upon a month-long Wide Open Studios trip with Signal Fire to expand her studio practice into the great outdoors! Wide Open Studios programs outdoors trips for artists, students, or anyone wishing for an immersive arts education experience, with a focus on environmental justice.
Brittany Rudolf, AC+D 2019
Brittany is a mixed media artist living in Portland. She is a recent graduate of the Applied Craft + Design MFA program. Brittany builds upon mood and environment to create multi-sensory experiences that bring awareness to one's own body, other people, and the earth. Her work implicates stewardship as a primary site for consideration, and she uses uncanny familiarity to subtly draw connections between the liminal space of what we think we know, discovery, and comfort.
