Over Winter Break, MFA AC+D Program Head, Sara Huston spent time as an artist-in-residence at the Jennings Hotel in Joseph, OR!! While in residency, Sara worked on visioning the future of AC+D, relished the rich craft culture, and enjoyed the snow and scenery. As we move into a new decade, Sara took some time to reflect on the last 10 years of the AC+D program and envision the future for the exciting years to come!!
Sara Huston is the Head of the MFA Applied Craft + Design program and has a transdisciplinary practice that moves fluidly between client-based work, critical design, product, and fine art.
