Faculty member and MFA in Visual Studies alumna, Ardis DeFreece is interviewed in the latest issue of SciArt Magazine. DeFreece discusses her work at the intersection of art and science and her role as the artist-in-residence with NOAA Fisheries as part of PNCA's Art + Science Initiative. In an interview by Pratt Institute science faculty, Christopher X Jon Jensen, Ardis discusses multiple projects where she collaborates with marine scientists and urban ecologists as part of her working process.
