Linden How (she/they) is an artist, librarian, educator, and death doula based in Portland, OR. She received her MFA in Visual Studies from PNCA in 2013, and her MLS from Emporia State University in 2017. Linden currently splits her time between teaching at PNCA and as a librarian at PCC, and recently built a library for the Five Oaks Museum. Her artistic practice is grounded in creative research and poetics and takes many forms, including sculpture, text, weaving, and performative lecture. Her studies and practice in death care inform the content of recent work.
