Jooyoung wears a few different hats. As an experienced design strategy consultant, she helps uncover insights, motivations, and aspirations of people in order to inspire new products and services. Since 2000, she joined Multnomah County Idea Lab where she brings her expertise in design thinking for systemic change and racial justice.
As a process work therapist, she offers conflict facilitation for individuals, families and organizations. Her primary therapy clients are Asian and Pacific Islanders.
