Abstract
Cordelia and the Wish Fish is a 48 page separate ended picturebook dummy. Cordelia, a precocious and mischievous young girl, is always searching for magic in the world around her. She is obsessed with her grandmother’s books about magical creatures and one day stumbles on a magical spell that summons a Wish Fish! Cordelia follows the instructions and makes a vague wish, saying that she wishes for her life and family to be full of magic. However, the next morning when the effects of her wish become clear, Cordelia may have gotten a bit more than she bargained for.
