Next Steps for Enrolling PNCA Graduate Students

Everything you need to do before your first semester.

Congratulations on your decision to enroll at the Pacific Northwest College of Art

The information below is intended to help prepare you for your first semester on campus.

Once you have created your Willamette University email account, you will be sent additional instructions once a task is ready for you to complete. Many of these processes are sequential and rely on the completion of the prior step before moving forward.

If you have questions at any point, start with Julie Noyes in the Office of Graduate Admissions at 503-821-8975, jmnoyes@willamette.edu, or book a time to chat.

Start Here: Setting Up Your Network Account

To start the enrolling student process, which will prepare you for starting classes please create your network account and enroll in Google 2-Step Authentication.

This will also activate your university email account and enable access to all the services you'll need as a student. Failure to complete this task will delay other critical tasks, including course registration and bill payment.

You will need your Willamette University ID in order to create your account.

After creating your network account, you will be prompted to enable Google 2-Step Authentication. This must be completed within seven days or your account will be locked for use.

We also encourage you to add your Willamette email account, including your calendar, to your mobile device. Instructions are provided online by WITS.

All questions regarding your network account, Willamette email address and Google 2-Step Authentication should be directed to Willamette Integrated Technology Services (WITS) at 503-370-6004 or wits@willamette.edu.
