All PNCA students have access to free and confidential counseling services with no session limits. Our on-site counselors provide flexible short-term support for a range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, academic challenges, identity formation, and relationship issues. For students who need specialized or ongoing care, our dedicated case manager can help you connect with off-campus resources and navigate the insurance process.
Need a private space for a telehealth appointment? PNCA provides a dedicated telehealth room on campus. Room 312b is available during normal building hours for students to schedule confidential health consultations.
PNCA offers comprehensive health coaching services to help you navigate any health-related topics. From finding a doctor or therapist to managing stress or getting gender-affirming care, our certified health coach is here to provide medically accurate, inclusive advice. While conversations with the health coach are not confidential, they are always judgment-free and grounded in public health best practices.
