With industry-standard equipment, the Documentation Studio is available to students of all experience levels to document 2D and 3D work with the assistance of a professional photographer.

Housed in a former glass fabrication warehouse, our 3D workshops in the Glass Building include a woodshop, metals shop, soft sculpture studio, sewing room, and ceramics studio with a glaze room and mold-making room.

The Dorothy Lemelson Innovation Studio is a light-filled, open network of community learning and exploration spaces. The “Lemelson” hosts artist talks and lectures, classroom conversations and student hearth spaces all to provoke and activate discussions about design, community, entrepreneurship and innovation. Public programs, open lectures and exhibitions are regularly presented in the space.

Multiple painting studios are available throughout the Arlene and Harold Schnitzer Center for Art and Design, most of which feature northern light, all of which feature high ceilings and panoramic views.

PNCA’s home for equipment and resources for the production, exhibition, and experimentation of media-based artwork. Much of our equipment can all be checked out free of charge and there are a wide range of lenses, lights, tripods, and cameras for checkout by students for use on and off campus.
