Pacific Northwest College of Art at Willamette University is proud to announce the new PNCA Oregon Arts Access Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship designed to make a PNCA Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) education more accessible for Oregon for both first year and transfer students.
This scholarship provides eligible Oregon residents with coverage of remaining tuition costs after the application of eligible federal and state grants. Student loans are not considered grant aid and are not included in the scholarship calculation.The award is capped at the cost of full-time annual tuition. Any other eligible financial aid funds may continue to be used toward additional educational expenses beyond tuition.
Scholarship Details
To qualify, students must:
- Be a resident of the state of Oregon
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or ORSAA no later than December 1st, 2026.
- Demonstrate an adjusted gross family income of less than $80,000 annually based on FAFSA information*
- Have earned a minimum 3.0 cumulative weighted GPA
- Be admitted to Pacific Northwest College of Art at Willamette University

Students must submit both their PNCA application for admission and FAFSA by December 1st, 2026 to be considered for the PNCA Oregon Arts Access Scholarship.

The Student Aid Index (SAI) on the FAFSA must be $0 or less. In most cases, families with an adjusted gross income of less than $80,000 annually will have an SAI of $0 or less; certain uncommon circumstances may produce different results.
