FD 102 Visual Elements: Digital Tools 100+ level Course, or a combination of courses covering Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Excess credit will be applied to Studio Electives.

FD 111 3D Design 100+ Level 3D Design, Sculpture, or Ceramics Course

Take at PNCA: All students are required to take at least one 200-level Interdisciplinary Seminar at PNCA. Two of the five total Interdisciplinary Seminars must fulfill the"Quantitative Engagement" requirement (see above).

Applied Creative Practice

Total Credits for a BFA degree at PNCA: 121 credits

Notes: A grade of C- or better must be earned in order for a class to transfer. Most studio courses taken at Community Colleges that do not meet the PNCA Foundation Studio courses will transfer in as Studio Electives.This pathway is designed for studio art majors. Graphic Design, Illustration, and Animated Arts majors will have separate second year requirements. It is recommended that all students take courses related to their intended major and receive advising.
