If you are an admitted student registering for classes, you will receive your tuition bill the second week of July for fall semester and the early part of January for the spring semester.
Your first billing statement will be mailed via post and emailed to you. All subsequent statements will be sent via email.
Willamette University offers tuition payment plans. These start mid-July once fall semester charges have been posted for fall semester. Spring plans will become available at the beginning of January once spring charges have been posted. Each semester you have the choice of setting up a payment plan of 4 or 3 payments, with the final payment for each semester being due in time to register for the following semester. For additional details about payment plans and how to sign up, please contact the Student Accounts Office.
Additionally, Federal Direct Parent PLUS loans are available for families, along with a number of private loans. If you wish to borrow a Federal Direct Parent PLUS loan, you must first submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You will also need to complete and submit a PLUS Loan Request. Please contact the Willamette Financial Aid Department for information about private loans.
