Pre-College Programs

PNCA believes that all students have the capacity to excel as artists, designers, and creative professionals. We are a hub of learning, skill building, and community for those students on the path to art school or those who are simply creatively curious. We offer a range of meet-ups, classes, workshops and intensive for youth ages 14-18!

Summer Intensives
Pre-College Summer Intensives are a compressed multi-week experience that allows students to study 2D, 3D, Time, and Digital arts curriculum that parallels the first-year college program. Students create individual and group work, learn the basics of curatorial and exhibition preparation, and receive intensive portfolio review from faculty and admissions staff. The intensives help students “try on” art school to see if pursuing a four-year degree at an art and design college is a good fit.
