Genevieve Dellinger

Genevieve Dellinger is co-founder and Managing Partner of GOLDIE Productions, a photo production company in Los Angeles with clients including Nike, Brooks Running, Adidas, Puma, Houzz, Elle Magazine, GQ, Google, The North Face, Samsung, Smirnoff, and Urban Decay. Artist, photographer, and DJ, Dellinger previously co-owned the pioneering independent boutique Denwave in Portland, OR from 2005-2009.

Julian Voss Andreae ‘04

Julian Voss-Andreae was a painter before studying physics, mathematics, and philosophy at the Universities of Berlin, Edinburgh and Vienna. Voss-Andreae pursued his graduate research in quantum physics before moving to the United States to study at PNCA. His background in science continues to inform his large sculptural works, often installed as public art commissions.

Israel Lund

Israel Lund's abstract paintings, prints, and zines produced using a simplified silk screen process on raw canvas have been widely shown nationwide and much written about in all of the major US art publications. Lund went on from PNCA to get his MFA from Rutgers and currently lives in Brooklyn, NY. He has shown widely and is represented by David Lewis. Read this interview with Lund on Dazed Digital.

  • International Snow Carving Competition, Sapporo

    International Snow Carving Competition, Sapporo

    Artist and Lead Faculty of Sculpture, Nan Curtis took a team of students to Sapporo, Japan, Portland’s Sister City, to compete in an International Snow Carving Competition at the Sapporo Snow Festival. The team was interviewed on OPB's Think Out Loud.

    Sculpture Magazine International Sculpture Center Student Award

    Each year, faculty nominate students in the sculpture department to enter the International Sculpture Center's Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Awards. In 2017, Andrew Newell '17 was selected as one of the 15 recipients chosen from the 354 student nominees and more than 867 works submitted. Honorees works are included in an exhibition and featured in Sculpture magazine. Winners are also eligible to apply for an ISC Residency in Switzerland, sponsored by Gertrud & Heinz Aeschliman.

    The International Sculpture Center (ISC) established the annual "Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award" program in 1994 to recognize young sculptors and to encourage their continued commitment to the field.

    Leland Iron Works Residency

    Students can apply for an artist residency at Leland Iron Works, the scenic rural grounds and work place of venerable sculptor and PNCA alumnus, Lee Kelly.
