Nina Narelle

Nina Narelle has been facilitating meaningful conversations on organizational life and diversity, equity and inclusion for 20 year. She is a co-founder and principle of Future Work Design, a boutique organizational strategy and design consulting firm based in Portland, Oregon. Prior to starting FWD, Nina worked across a broad range of organizations from grassroots nonprofits, scaling startups, large public systems and Global 500 companies. She leads clients through a collaborative design approach to organizational problem solving and transformational team coaching. She is a frequent public speaker and has presented at conferences and events including the national Association for Change Management Professionals, Governing for Racial Equity, and the Organizational Development Network. She has a M.A. in Organizational Development from the LIOS College of Saybrook University and B.A. from Economics at Lewis & Clark College.
